Freedom-dom-dom-dom!!

Bonjour everyone.

I'm so sorry for not being able to update this blog for about a week and a half (because of the examination) but luckily my last paper was this morning and now I'm free for about two months which mean I'm able to commit more on this blog :) Yay for that! So for this post, I would like to share with you guys my plans for this holiday. There're a lot of stuff I want to do but I know, two months is not enough to do a lot of things but I'll try to do as much as I could.

Recently, I've been lurking around the internet world (btw, I'm supposed to study and do revision but I just can't help it) especially the DIY and sewing/refashion blog and they gave me an idea of what I want to do during these two months. The first thing that I want to do is to learn how to sew properly because I love fashion but I'm having a hard time finding clothes that fit my style and at the same time modest without having to wear a few number of clothes at once (layering is to hot for Malaysia) so that's why I decided to take a sewing class. Hopefully by properly learning how to sew I'm able to make my own clothes (which save money because you could do a knock-off instead of buying the expensive one) and be happy with it because you could choose your own style, fabric, pattern and etc. But first I have to a find a sewing machine aor a serger machine because the one I have at home is a very basic one and it's for beginners so if you guys know where I could find a good quality machine at a bargain price, please let me know.

The next thing that I want to do is to take a swimming class but only the freestyle because I planning to  participate in SUKMUM next semester (SUKMUM - a sports competition between UM's residential college). It's not that I don't know how to swim (I took swimming class at age 5) but I want perfect my techniques because it would be better to win than just to participate because losing really kills my confidence and swimming is pretty the only sports that I'm good at.

Apart from that I also going to work because I want to save up some money so that I could buy things I want without asking my parents for money anymore. There are a lot of things that I want but I don't have enough money for them and I also don't want to ask my parents for money because some the things that's on my wishlist are very expensive and I don't want to burden them because I think that my parents want save up money for their older days but we, their children, keep asking for money and I feel bad/uneasy asking them :(  The money is also for buying stuff for my sewing project and I'm planning to redecorate my room which require money too so yeah that's why I decided to work.

Those are the major plans for the holiday whereas the minors are something like baking, involve in blog world (blogging activities, functions, gathering and etc), meeting with my matriculation's friends and bla bla bla.

So I guess that's it for now and I'll try to update as frequent as possible but we'll see. Btw, I would love it if you guys comment on my post and maybe, share your plans/activities for your holiday (esp the malaysian as most of the universities in Malaysia have started their semester break) so that we could exchange ideas and share them :)

Au revoir et à tout à l'heure :)
