Today is the first day of the new semester and guess what? I'm a senior! Hooray! Sadly, there's nothing interesting happened today that worth to be written here since all of my classes for today have been cancelled and I spent my day by lounging around in my new room in front of my laptop. Bummed. Anyway, today's post is about everything new for this sem hence the title above. This sem is the first sem for the 2013/2014 session which is also my 2nd year. I also have a new residential college which mean new roomies. Booyah! My social life level is going up! And of course, new lecturers and new juniors. Talking about new residential college, my new college is the 11th college or also known as Ungku Aziz Residental College and I'm pretty hyped about this although I've only slept here for a night. Here, there are 4 persons per room and it is so much bigger than my previous '3 person per room' room. Not gonna say anything bad about my previous college cause I do love it and there are so many sweet and precious memories there. Good times. Back to the new room, my room is on the top floor a.k.a the 4th floor (my exercise for this sem + swimming) and the truth is, the room is my roomie's room for last sem. I met my roomie when I joined a volunteer group for MASUM and she invited me to rest at her room. When I went to her room at that time, I decided right there and then that I want to stay in this RC and stay I did. In. The. Same. Room. Whaaaat! Talk about coincidence. Moving on, the room has 2 bunk beds and guess who get to sleep on top again? Yup-ed. This girl right here but I don't mind cause I get to be near to the fan and I'm used to it (thanks to last sem). What else. Oh, the foods here are also better cause they have somewhat looks like a mini version of foodcourt. There's mamak, western, nasi campur, and masak panas. There's also a mini mart and 'the amazing' laundry shop. No more washing clothes for me (like I washed them before. The machine washed them). And the most thing I'm excited about living here is because the swimming pool is opposite my RC. No more waiting for bus that come once an hour. I think I'm gonna stop here today cause I don't know what else to write about. Hopefully after a few days or weeks of classes, I write again (if there's interesting thing happen).
Au revoir et à tout à l'heure :)
